because we’re all in this together

DREAM BIG, SCALE REALISTICALLYa long time motto.

The Dream Spot process authentically engaged and centered teens through every step of the design process.

Through a series of three workshops, we expressed dreams, explored design ideas and executed the vision from paint colors and a DIY mural to coveted and comfy furniture and accessories.

This project was made possible by The Dream Shop, Project DIVA & The Minneapolis Foundation.

Ashley blew my expectations out of the water.

She thought of things that would have never crossed my mind and was an advocate for us during communications with our contractors.

Not only did we get a beautifully designed space, she made sure that it was a true reflection of the community we serve and we will be forever grateful.
— Melissa Taylor, Owner of The Beauty Lounge Minneapolis

Ashley has been great at listening to me and seeing areas I may have missed regarding achieving my goals.

She created step-by-step plans tailored for my individual needs and style, and our sessions felt comfortable while still jam packed with actionable suggestions.

Talking through my goals with Ashley made them seem more attainable and its been such a great experience to see the plans we came up with become a reality.

I think her empathic and inspirational approach is especially beneficial for anyone who feels stuck and is looking to make moves forward.
— Emma, RECURRING EDIT SESSION CLIENT

Ashley was amazing at guiding the conversation, creating an accepting space, and making everyone feel welcome and heard. I gained insight, felt inspired and connected to a group of amazing creatives.
